BuitenStad Hoorn is a sustainable residential development in the Netherlands, featuring more than 600 apartments across 11 buildings surrounded by green spaces. Located near the city beach and station, it emphasizes biodiversity, car-free zones, and community living with amenities like a supermarket, sports facilities, and shared spaces. Designed for light, air, and scenic views, it blends modern living with nature.

The Grace - The Hague
The Grace is a forthcoming residential development in The Hague, featuring two towers of more than 100 meters. It will offer more than 1,000 energy-efficient apartments, including social housing, mid-range, and private rentals. Amenities include communal facilities, offices, and commercial spaces. Located near Hollands Spoor station, it emphasizes sustainability and community living, with green rooftop terraces and shared spaces

Strandeiland - Amsterdam
An innovative residential project on Amsterdam's Strandeiland, part of the IJburg expansion. 215 sustainable homes, ranging from mid-priced rentals to private housing. Designed with self-sufficiency, circularity, and nature in mind, it features clusters inspired by dune landscapes, green spaces, and a central mobility hub. These elements create a vibrant, connected community that harmonizes with the natural environment while addressing modern urban living needs.

Hotel Chicago - Rotterdam
Hotel Chicago is an exciting development on Rotterdam's Wilhelminapier, offering over 200 hotel rooms, luxury penthouses, and a range of amenities, including a wellness center, sports facilities, and a green atrium accessible to guests and visitors. Designed with sustainability in mind, this project will enhance the city’s urban landscape and hospitality scene while fostering a sense of community in a prime waterfront location.

Kubus Katrijp - Amsterdam
Kubus Katrijp is a residential project in Amsterdam-Noord's Waterlandpleinbuurt, featuring over 250 homes, including social housing and units for sale. The development consists of two L-shaped blocks and a tower, complemented by green spaces, private gardens, and parking. Designed to enhance the neighborhood's diversity, it caters to various demographics while addressing Amsterdam's housing needs.

Burgemeesterswijk - Maassluis
The Burgemeesterswijk in Maassluis is being transformed from a 1960s flat district into a modern, sustainable residential area. The development includes two residential towers with 84 apartments, 24 ground-level homes, and 18 free-market single-family houses. With a focus on affordable housing and sustainability, the project reduces concrete use and shortens construction times to minimize environmental impact.

Eleven Square - Amsterdam
Eleven Square is a mixed-use development in Amsterdam Zuidoost, near the Johan Cruijff ArenA and Bijlmer ArenA station. The project includes four buildings surrounding a central square, featuring around 700 apartments, 400 student studios, retail spaces, restaurants, leisure facilities, offices, a theater, a hotel, and green areas. With a focus on health and sustainability, it offers open meeting spaces, communal rooftop gardens, and amenities for sports, relaxation, and socializing, creating a vibrant urban hub that promotes community and well-being.

Laminaat Plaza in Almere is a cutting-edge commercial facility designed for a rapidly growing retail company serving both B2B and B2C markets. Located in a thriving commercial region, the development features a 12-meter-high structure with a mezzanine floor, seamlessly integrating warehouse and retail spaces. Prioritizing sustainability, it incorporates energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials, creating a modern and functional space that supports operational growth while minimizing its environmental footprint.

Logistic Center - Tholen
​The Logistic Center in Tholen is a modern facility supporting one of the leading cosmetic and perfume companies. We assisted in managing permitting, fire safety, and construction aspects on behalf of the owner, working to align the project with relevant standards and operational goals throughout the development.

Crossover - Amsterdam
Flatlands completed the interior design and fit-out for a leading sustainable energy company in the CROSSOVER building in Amsterdam. This A++++ energy-efficient building features the latest installation concepts and holds prestigious WELL Gold and BREEAM-NL Outstanding certifications, reflecting its focus on health, well-being, and sustainability.
